  Fantastic bike shop with great service and a great cause. I am planning to do a triathlon and haven't seriously rode a bike in a decade. I got a bike from here and it was too big. They kindly let me trade it in for a bike that fit just right. The best part is the $$ goes to community programs that help kids and adults alike with various bike needs. They also take donations.

  Fucking sliding scale my ass, I made an appointment and told them exactly what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend, as per their little form. I get there and no one even knew I had the appointment and then the only offer they made me was for a hundred dollars over my price range for an "as is". You want to be the hipster ass bike shop that rips off techies go for it but don't fucking advertise that you're sliding scale if you're not actually gonna work with people at all. Pissed me off good
